Description
Say hello to The Dock – a coffee as bold, bright, and full of character as Robin Hood’s Bay itself. Smooth, sweet, and perfectly balanced, it’s got a juicy sweetness and lively acidity that makes it a real standout. Black, it’s crisp and fruity; with milk, it softens into a caramel-orange richness that’s pure Baytown comfort.
COFFEE ORIGINS…
This one comes from El Nido farm in La Unión, Nariño, Colombia, where Kenedy Lopez Ceron and his team put serious care into every step. At 1,800–1,850 metres above sea level, the conditions are spot on for bright, complex coffees. After hand-picking only the ripest cherries, they go through a 30-hour underwater fermentation, then are pulped, washed, and dried slowly in parabolic dryers. The result? Juicy sweetness, lively acidity, and a beautifully smooth finish.
WHAT’S IN A NAME…
We’ve got a bit of a tradition here at Baytown – naming our coffees after places in Robin Hood’s Bay. This time, we asked our community to choose, and The Dock won by a landslide.
