Shipping policy

 *Subscription Box orders are shipped for FREE in the UK with Royal Mail letterbox-friendly delivery.

Standard delivery for all other items is charged at £3.50 for all orders under £35.

If you spend £35 or more in a single transaction, your order will automatically qualify for FREE UK delivery.

(There may be additional charges if your delivery address is outside of the UK mainland - most of our packages will be delivered by Royal Mail, however, accessories and orders over 5kg in total weight may be delivered by a dedicated courier at additional cost. A member of our team will contact you if there are any additional costs relating to your order, before we dispatch your item(s))**.

The delivery cost for accessories and gifts varies, depending on the total parcel weight and contents.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that during busy periods, deliveries may take longer. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 working days. 

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you do not wish to sign for your order, please let us know in the comments box on the checkout page.

Overseas Shipping

Orders for coffees and teas for destinations outside of the UK mainland are shipped with DPD at their standard rate.

Unfortunately, we can only deliver Accessories and Coffee Machines to postal addresses within the UK.  

*Subscription boxes can only be shipped to UK mainland addresses.
