Mainland UK Delivery

Subscription Box orders are shipped for FREE in the UK with Royal Mail letterbox-friendly delivery.

Standard delivery for all other items are charged at £3.50 for all orders under £30.

If you spend £30 or more in a single transaction, your order will automatically qualify for FREE UK delivery.

(“Mainland UK” includes Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Isles of Scilly. Eire is not included where charges are shown at the checkout stage. In this case, shipping rates are calculated depending on location and postcode – please see below for further details)**.

The delivery cost for accessories and gifts vary, depending on the total parcel weight and contents. The delivery charge will be shown at the checkout before you pay for your order.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. However, please note that during busy periods, deliveries may take longer. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 7 working days. 

A safe place or neighbour can be specified at the checkout. Please use the comments box to pass on this information.

Overseas Shipping

Orders for our coffees for international delivery are shipped with DPD at their standard rate.

Accessories can only be posted to addresses within the UK.

Subscription boxes can only be shipped to UK mainland addresses. 

Returns

We hope that you will be completely happy with your order, but if for any reason you aren’t, please call or email us within 24hrs of delivery. Baytown Coffee purchased through our website is roasted to order, therefore we cannot take returns of coffee ordered incorrectly.

Subscription Deliveries

All our subscription coffees are sent via Royal Mail in a letterbox friendly mail box – no need to wait around for a courier. 

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

Where coffees are out of stock or otherwise unavailable, The Baytown Coffee Company will advise you of alternatives by email or telephone.

Please note: Subscription services are only available to customers in the United Kingdom with residential, non-commercial, and non-BFPO addresses.
