A message from Baytown…

The Baytown team would like to take this opportunity to reassure all of our customers that we are working hard to continue business as normal.

We are taking action to minimise disruption to deliveries and as long as we are able, we will get your coffee to you.

All of our coffee is good for 6 months from roasting so although we are not encouraging stock piling, we appreciate that some of you would rather be better safe than sorry and going without your coffee will not an option!

To our business clients, we will support you as best we can in what will inevitably be a difficult patch for everyone. We are all in this together.

We will keep you updated with any additional measures we may have to put in place as this thing develops.

Deliveries

Things are still business as usual for us. We’ve taken action and unless things change, we can keep getting your coffee to you.

We work with Parcel Force and Royal Mail to deliver our orders for us. Both have been in touch with us today about a few changes they are having to make so that they can keep delivering.

You don’t need to worry. When you place an order with us, it will be delivered! It just might take a little longer to get through to you so please, bear with us.
